I bought these chairs to replace the worn out ones that came with my table about 20 years ago, and based on the reviews. They arrived promptly and everything was in good condition, and they went together pretty easily (although I was glad I have a set of bits to use instead of the allen wrench - BIG savings of time and easier on my hands). Three out of four went together really well.The fourth one wobbled. Wobbled badly. I reversed the front legs to see if that made it better, and it did not, so I contacted the seller. They got back to me within the 2 business day timeframe, asked me a few questions, and requested some measurements. When that still resulted in a wobbly chair, they actually asked me what parts they should send to try to fix it, providing a complete chart of options. I requested two parts, they agreed, and I got them within three days. I started with what seemed to be the issue (uneven back legs), and when I replaced the chair back, voila - no more wobbles!2K was great to work with, especially Hanna, who was patient, prompt, and courteous while we worked through all of this. The chairs are sturdy and attractive, although they are a little more orange in than I expected, so be aware of that if you want an exact match.Thank you 2k and Hanna for a quick resolution and a nice new set of chairs!

So far so good. They seem very sturdy. My only comment is that the chairs I received are a little orange in color. I'm using them for exercising, so it's no big deal, I imagine these may darken with age. I would have much preferred no stain and maybe just a coat of something to protect the wood. You could always paint or stain them if you don't like the color, or use cushions and/or chair covers.It took me about 45 minutes to assemble both chairs. The first one took about 30 minutes and the second one about 15 minutes. All the hardware and tools needed to assemble the chairs were included.

This is not a good product. The chairs were cracked, I had to request so many times to be able to return them. I got credit back a portion of the purchase only and I didn’t get any credit back related to shipping handling that I paid to get them or returned them.

Very happy with this purchase. The chairs are incredibly solid and easy to assemble. They are a near perfect match for the maple table we already had. Picture was a very accurate representation of you get.

The chairs are nice solid wood and are easy to assemble. The color is a true match to the photo you see online. But, be warned, they are not 37 inches high as stated in the dimension description. They are more like 35 &1/2 inches tall. The height difference may not seem like a big deal, but when you're buying them to match your existing dinning chairs - that are at 37 inches -- the difference is a big deal.

Easily assembled and they appear durable. They are, however, not very comfortable, at least for me.

Attractive strong wood and a good design, no creaking when I sit on these chairs.

Box/packing not very good. The first set I received was damaged. Side rung on one of the backs was cracked. Scuff/scratch marks on the seat front corners and back tops.Replacement set came undamaged. Easy to assemble. Nice chairs!Amazon replacement/return was very easy. Returned damaged item to my local Kohl's store.
