Obsessed with this product. It burns for a second but does not last. i take this year round. If you feel a cold coming on take it and the cold is usually gone the next day. Use in conjunction a nedi pot and you will love life. works great for allergies as well.

Really works! Use it 2x daily. My ENT recommended it. I also take time-release mucosa (Kroger's generic), an anti-histamine at night, and a prescription nasal spray. The sinus headaches that ruled my life year-round are almost completely gone.

Rather strong menthol spray that can surprise you at first but live vapor rub, you get use to it... I purchased at the suggestion of my Allergist and Asthma Physician to clear my sinuses so that the prescribed medicine could enter... it works. Good luck with it.

This is the best stuff ever! For anyone who suffers sinus headaches/congestion, I heartily recommend this product. I have told friends about it and several people have ordered it. They all love it. One thing to watch for: It has quite the "bite" so use it gently when first trying it.
