Chippewa Men's 10" 20077 Pull On Boot

Hands down, these are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. The soles are soft, and, although the leather is soft to begin with, it softens up more very quickly with wear, and if you condition them right-off-the-bat. My first two toes on one foot hurt for the first two days I wore these. But I have a hammertoe on that foot. After the leather softened, the pain went away. I now wear these everywhere. I like them just as much as my Adidas shoes, the comfort of which I have been faithful to for two decades.These fit like Justin boots, and in that sense fit perfectly as expected. If you are not familiar with the Justin fit, you need to go 1/2 to one full size smaller than you would wear in other boots.Everyone who has seen these boots has loved them. They fit great. They are incredibly comfortable. The leather is soft. The boots are remarkably light weight. They also seem to be very well made.My dilemma is; do I buy another pair now for the day (someday far in the future) when these wear out? Or do I wait and risk that such a high quality boot will still be made?

great fit, amazingly comfortable, unbelievable well made, and extremely durable! ONLY complaint/issue is that the shaft part of the boot is unusually large in regards to its circumference when compared to nearly all other boots.

Good, solid boot and looks great. I bought it a half size down and the fit is still roomy, but comfortable. FYI, it has terrible traction in the snow and can be dangerous walking on ice.

Almost listened to all the reviews and downsized. Glad I didn't. Ordered the same 12ee I always do and fit was perfect. They are extremely comfortable right out of the box, I wore em all day cutting down trees then in a warehouse all day the next day. Great boot great quality. Chippewa has a new customer for sure.

It fit as expected but the right boot instep buckled up to me it was poor workmanship it would not sell on the seconds line

I usually wear 11.5 D in dress shoes and have a "medium" instep (not high, not low; maybe a tiny bit on the lower side). In these boots, the 10.5 D fit best, but still not right. Amazon had a great deal on these and they are made in USA, so I really wanted this to work out. Unfortunately, it didn't.Good: The heel is low and the sole is made of some soft rubbery material. So these felt really comfortable. The leather appeared to be of high quality as well.Bad: For a not-so-cheap made in USA handcrafted boot, quality control was disappointing. The right boot had some obvious stitching defect in a critical area where the shaft attaches to the foot part. (The usually parallel double stitching almost crossed in one place and the threads seemed a bit loose there.)Unfortunate: The 10.5 D had the perfect length, but the toe box was too narrow. On the other hand, the instep was a little too high, making the boots feel loose when walking. (Even with thicker socks, which were challenging due to toe space, the instep fit still was not snug enough.) The 11 D was better in the toe area, but far too loose for walking. I did not try wide sizes because the instep was already too high in the standard width.Too bad, but the narrow toe box combined with a high instep just did not work for me at all.

I have enjoyed these boots. They are great. Good fit and comfortable. Good quality and good looking. I have had more people ask me what kind of boots these were than any shoes/boots I have ever purchased. Hard not to love them.

Great looking boot. Needed to stretch it a bit. Turned out perfect.
