Ahhhh.....literally saves the pain in my butt! My tailbone just about breaks thru the skin and the padded underwear have made a huge difference. No more tailbone pain! THE BAD PART is the pads MOVE all over the place. I am constantly adjusting them. I plan to add a few stitches in the pocket linings that holds the pads. The pads are removeable. Considering ordering bigger silicone pads to use in these also as another reviewer suggested. One size fits all fits me great. I normally wear a 7 in undies.
