The bottom hook broke after a months use
To the seller! The hook at the bottom just broke after a months use. I wished the quality of the product could have been better. Could you replace it by any means? If not - could you redirect to me to buy additional parts so that I can fix it, don't want to order the entire mob again.Edit : Thanks for contacting.. Attached pictures as requested by the seller.Recommendation: the product has to be tested for quality before it lands into the customer hands. since mob rob is metal, plastic hook which has no tensile strength will hardly bear its weight over consistent use.

Broke within the first month
This product is not at all built to last. As seen in the photograph, the mop broke off from the handle on the within the first month itself. I hope amazon responds to this review and that the product is either replaced or repaired.

Waste of money... seller and Amazon partnership to cheat customers
Please don't buy this product. The clippers that attaches the mopping part to the handle broke after the third use. Same thing happened with the product my brother bought after I recommended it. I want my money back or shall approach the consumer court for selling a bad product and cheating people

Stupidity at its best
Product is good. However, the product has a user manual which is not clear to understand. Also, no warranty card is given in. I am not able to find the service center or the contact number of the company.

Never Ever Buy This Product
Chose this product over the others considering it's low price and free attachments however within a weeks time I had to regret my decision of buying it. Though in terms of look it gives a good impression however in terms of robustness it is absolutely dissapointing. Just after two use and recharging the water bottle it's rubber washer broke and the spray system stopped working and started leaking rendering the whole item useless. That rubber washer beneath the water bottle is very fragile and hence bound to break.The worst part is that though it comes with one year warranty and the customer care doesn't exist. I searched it on google and found out a mail id of the company, I emailed them the concern requesting to address the problem but no reply was sent to me even after a month.Hence please don't buy this product, it's a sheer waste of money.

Mop broken
Although my wife like this product but looking at the durability and price it is not all suitable .Handle connected with the mop has been broken and there is nothing to fix it or replace it .Now after using only for 2 months this product has been broken and it is no use now .Can I get replacement or can I get the mop connector connected to the handle

Original order and replacement both defective
I purchased this MOP considering that it is with 1 Year warranty.Ordered item received on 11th July and when open the box, filled the bottle half and fixed on the mop, the whole floor became wet, Then removed the bottle and found it is leaking from multiple places. Immediately raised the issued and ordered for replacement.Today I received the replacement but this one was also defective and leaking.Applied for Return and now waiting for refunsd to happen.Liked :1. good packing2. Good Stell handle/rodDisliked :1. Plastic quality is very bad2. Due to multiple joints in bottle, it tend to leaking.

Leaves tracks on the floor
ok ok product. I use it everyday on vitrified tiles. The mopping cloth has good absorbing capacity but it leaves tracks all over the surface. Taking 1 star off the rating only for this. Not very happy but it gets the job done otherwise.Steam mopper, although more expensive, is a better choice.
