Love the smell. Great product! I needed it right away so I ordered from Amazon but you can purchase replacements from Plain products official website and they send you a box/prepaid shipping label to return the empty bottles. Great concept, wish there was a monetary reward like $ off your next purchase but still great for the environment!I have sensitive skin and dry hair. This helps hydrate my hair without it looking greasy! Awesome natural smell.

Love that this product is eco friendly and reusable containers. I got a lot of build up, felt itchy and started getting pimples. :( didn’t work for me.

I have used top quality organic sulfur free shampoos and conditioners. My hair has never been this soft and conditioned I am so amazed.

I really wanted to love this product but unfortunately it just didn’t provide enough moisture for my hair or scalp. I also don’t know how to get return shipping labels now that I’m not reordering a refill.

Was so excited for this product for the sustainable packaging but what’s inside is a big disappointment. Can’t even use either shampoo or conditioner because my hair feels so dried out with each use.

I really wish this product worked, but it doesn't. I had to get a special treatment at my salon because there was so much build up left on my hair. I wish I could return.

I love that the containers are re-usable, love the whole sustainable process but the formula is not good for my hair. It feels like my hair is drier and coarser than before. It does not feel soft like it used to. I'm sad that I will not be using this product again.
