It uses 220v. You may have to use a mechanical adapter (that doesn't change the voltage; just adapts to the shape of the electric socket).

Warranty period? How may I realize the warranty if the machine is in Israel?

This item has a one year warranty. We guarantee it will be delivered in perfect condition. I have never heard of one needing service, they work great. If you did need repair, it would probably need to be shipped to the Tribest warehouse in California. It usually costs around $70 to ship this to Israel.
