Philmore Premium 25-ft Crystal Clear Shielded Audio Cable with Dual Gold Plated Male RCA Plugs on Each End

I used this to run from powered speakers to a subwoofer in my living room.It appears well made, with a clear insulation over the shield, and the RCA's are sturdy and easy to grasp.I'm sure you could spend more using the "brand name" Mon.... wire, but I don't think it would sound any different. If your system cost $10,000 then get better wire, mine is high end but not stupid expensive.I tried to match quality to value, and this is it.

Although these cables outwardly look quite impressive, the internal construction is mediocre. I removed the RCA plugs at one end so that I could reterminate the cables to suit my new speakers. The copper visible from the outside is shielding but it's made of very fine wire. The center conductor is even more minimalistic, less wire than a breadboard jumper wire.Good proof of the saying "you get what you pay for."

It looks like it's going to be a hearty wire, but most of the bulk is in the rubbery coating. The wire is very very small.

shielded cables is the way to go ..no more humming I hooked up to my turntable it doesn't have a ground wire it used to hum really bad until I got these cables

Excellent product! The wires are thick and are not stiff at all, which made it easy to run without it bunching up everywhere. The connectors are sturdy, feel solid, and seem to be gold plated (which is good, keeps the connections from getting corroded). Highly recommended, especially for the price!
