Works well
My drains are shallow in the tub so this sticks up more than I would like. I would like a shorter version so it stays in the drain.It does catch hair but also soap scum and soap residue. Once you use it, you can see what I am talking about.I would recommend this but make sure you measure to see how deep your drain is.

did not work
I was sent a package marked NEW but there was actually a mold spot on one of these so I think they actually sent me someone else's return. I decided to try the 2nd piece to see if it worked well enough to exchange for a new package. It did not. It caught very few strands of my long fine hair. I'll be going back to my trusty Tubshrrom.

Not what I was hoping for
I got these to catch hair in my tub drain since the dogs all like to go lay in the tub and shed all over the thing. This strainer is too long to push into the tub drain, so I ended up butchering and cutting the bottom up to get it to fit and it didn't work as designed after modifying it. The second one ended up in my bathroom sink and I guess it works okay, but I didn't really need it there. The search continues for a good tub trap.

Awesome product
This product is really amazing. It’s flexible so I imagine it would fit most standard bathroom drains. It isn’t fancy looking but it does its job. Highly recommended. After always have to clean the hair and gunk out from deep in my sink pipes, this solves the problem. It literally does catch every hair and makes it super easy to wipe off. No more clogged drains! I will recommend this to everyone I talk to about it. 5 star product!

Did not work for me
Maybe my drains were too shallow..... IDk but they stuck out way too far... they worked somewhat but no where near as well as my old metal mesh ones did. After a week of using I already had a clog. Its too late to return them, but I will not be using them again not recomending them to anyone.

Doesn't work well
I got this after using the TubShroom for a few years and wanted to try something new. That being said, the TXM Hair Catcher doesn't do a good job catching hair. The gaps at the bottom allows the hairs to slip through and there is hardly any hair to clean. I can see hair build-up in my drain only after a week of use. I threw the Hair Catcher away and went back using TubShroom.

Foolish not to own
100% works as advertised. we purchased these two catched our dogs hair during baths. We were a little skeptical at first, but let me tell you, after we bathed one of our dogs, we couldn't believe the amount of hair this little thing caught and didn't let go down the drain!! this inexpensive product could literally save you hundreds of dollars from calling a plumber to unclog your drain. Highly recommend!

You won’t like this if you like plunging clogged drains
These things work well at trapping stuff destined to clog your pipes. Kind of gross to clean, but who’s fault is that, really? Better than other brands I’ve used (I’m looking at you, mushroom thing). Anyway, I which there was an easier way to clean them. Other than that, they work. PS: Don’t know what “Sheerness” is in the star ratings, so ignore that.
