Affordable
Got this for a power recliner I bought for my mom. As with all extended warranties, they can be great or a waste of money, and you really never know until it expires. The good thing is, it was pretty affordable for a $400 chair, so even if I never have to use it, and ultimately I hope the chair outlasts the warranty, I don't feel like it would be a waste of money. It is delivered via email shortly after you make your purchase. They do not send you a physical copy of the warranty that you need to keep on hand.

Hard to get confirmation on purchase..
I bought my Mother a lift chair= I paid for the chair with my account but had it delivered to her; I bought the warranty= My Mom tells me that the chair is falling apart! My Mom lives in a assisted living facility and I'm unable to get inside to see the problem for myself. due to the corona virus.I have spoke with CSR from United and was asked to fax a copy of the POA I have for my Mother. The CSR wouldn't talk with me until I faxed a copy of POA...CSR never received the 30 page POA document even though it was sent to the fax # they provided.Anyone know how to redeem this extra warranty?

Great Warranty
I ordered this warranty when I purchased my lift chair from amazon. I haven't had to use the warranty yet but from the reviews I have read they are really good.l

Great chair
The chair is comfortable easy to put together. I accidentally bought two and the company was good and taken one of them back I would purchase this chair again if I needed one

Warrenty not worth paying for
I bought a 3 seat couch in July ( actually kept thinking August because that was the expected delivery date)- was not expecting anything too sturdy if I had to put it together myself, but it came out pretty nice. However, the seams immediately started to fray on the larger cushion. Creating a claim was hard because the website was down more often than not, and it continuously did not let me register my protection plan to create a claim. I finally created a claim and it would not let me attach photos. They later requested photos- which I provided. A week later they ask for proof of purchase of the plan- which I provided- I thought I needed that to register the plan to begin with- but apparently not. I keep trying to check on the claim over the last few weeks- hard to do when the website keeps not recognizing my login. Finally reset my password to find out they closed my claim! claimed it was 30 days with no response- which is false! Sent a new inquiry today asking why my claim was closed and reattached everything they previously asked for. 3 months after the issue that started within a month of purchase and I am still struggling to get a replacement cushion.

That will be important to have if I have any problems with my product
I did not receive anything showing that I have a 5 year warranty on the items in case I have any problems with the chair

This product was bought for a chair I purchased that was heavily damaged up on receipt. The company was very easy to work with.
