gum repair?? Really. I thought once your gums have had it it you cannot repair or rejuvenate gums and is only possible by surgical skin grafts?

Very surprised to find this toothpaste really does help with gum health. I know mine aren't in the greatest condition but I've seen a big improvement since using it. An electric toothbrush is the better choice for me, as you don't really taste the toothpaste; it's not the nicest flavour. No denying the quality of Oral -B products and to find a toothpaste that does what it says is worth every penny.

Apply a pea-sized amount of paste on a wet toothbrush. Use with Oral-B's electric toothbrushes, following the toothbrush's specific brushing instructions. Brush gently in circular motions, focusing on gum care and enamel protection. Brush for 2 minutes, covering all areas of the mouth. Rinse thoroughly afterwards.
