This ball is the closest I have been able to find that is similar to the ones sold at Petco years ago. My pups became completely partial to this one toy. Petco and Petsmart quit carrying them and I have been searching for them ever since. While it looks the same to me, there must be a difference in the odor or taste because they are no totally in love with them. They will chase them and retrieve them but they still prefer the old, worn out originals. I got the small ball for my 23lb American Cockers.

We were looking for a chew toy for a Jack Russell puppy who loves to chase tennis balls but finds them a bit too large to hold in her mouth. These little soccer balls are not quite what we expected. They are hollow squeaky toys--nothing inside but air. I'm sure that we could have discovered this fact if we had read all of the reviews, but we didn't--thus, the surprise. We're not sure why any dog would want to chew on a ball that squishes flat when it is chewed, but maybe such a pup exists; if so, these balls are perfect. There's nothing apparently wrong with the quality of the material or the construction of the toy, although it is possible that an aggressive chewer might dislodge the "squeaker," which could pose a safety issue. We thought we had found solid rubber latex items that our puppy could carry in her mouth and gnaw on, so this purchase has been a bit of a disappointment for us, but if your dog has a small, wimpy bite and likes squeaking things, this might be the ideal toy. Looking on the bright side, since the balls conform to child safety standards, maybe our granddaughter will enjoy them. The balls don't really bounce well, but everything goes in her mouth right now, anyway, and it's unlikely she could get that squeaker out without teeth.

Tried many different types of balls for my yorkie BUT THIS is 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼!!!Hands down the best toy ever.She chews it everyday and it stays in perfect round shape.It’s light and small enough for her to throw around herself. It bounces well and can be washed with soap and water with zero drying time because of its rubbery texture. It doesn’t shed like the tennis balls we previously bought where our doggy pulled all the fluff off the outside. Thank you for creating such a quality product.

I was excited about buying a small squeaky ball(s) for my two small dogs. I've ordered several types from Amazon, but they weren't small enough for my dogs. However, these balls don't squeak, they kind of "swoosh". No squeaky device in the ball. My dogs ran after them when I got them, then after trying to make them squeak, which they didn't, they lost all interest. Frankly, these were the the most expensensive balls I've purchased for them - and they had no interest. I wouldn't purchase them again Sorry!

Like hundreds of other dog owners, my dog loved these little squeaky soccer balls. Buy like everything else you like, they either stop making them or decrease the quality to the point that it no longer serves a purpose. I paid SEVEN dollars EACH for these stupid things and the rubber is so cheap the balls don’t bounce and the squeakers don’t work. Pitiful. Shame on you for charging people $7 for a ball that doesn’t bounce or squeak. May your karma catch up with you quickly. DO NOT buy these balls.

These are fun to play with, and easy for a puppy or small dog to grab in their jaw. But the squeaker is not the best, and does not seem to be very durable. With one of them, the squeaker became detached on the first day, leaving a hole and the squeaker rattling around inside. We took that one away from our dog, in case the squeaker came out and was a swallowing or choking hazard. The other ball seems to be doing better, and he still enjoys playing with it.

I have been looking for a ball like this for YEARS and was so happy to find them again and bought multiple packages of them. BUT, note that the squeaker is hard plastic, and after a certain amount of squeaking, it WILL come out. After two near accidents, I had to finally remove the squeakers before use, which is sad because my pug loved the squeak. It's still the perfect ball for a small dog though - just be aware.

I have two pups, a 1 year old and a 7 month old and they both love these ball. The big 60 lb beast loves them as much as the 30 lbs guy. Great that it's a two pack so they can each have one. Not ideal for chewers or destructive dogs, the latex is very pliable and thin. But is chewing isn't an issue these are a lot of fun, lightweight and squeaky.
