There doesn’t seam to be much support from Amazon
I bought and installed Kiavetta nylon self closing hinges less than a year ago. They no longer self close so I tried to adjust them , but they cannot be adjusted. There seams to be no way to contact the company about warranty or replacement.

Really easy to install hinges.
Our old gate hinges broke a couple weeks ago. We thought we going to replace it with a same brand but came across this brand instead. Way cheaper and worked the same like the expensive ones. Very easy to install. Really happy with this purchase.

Just the hinges I needed!
My metal picket gate was sagging on old hinges to the point that it barely could be forced into the opening. When I saw these hinges online, I was thrilled because they take up less space between the side post and the gate. Note that they do require about 1/2" there. The hardest part for me was drilling new holes in the metal, but then I'm a 70 year old 115# woman! Besides that, it was a breeze!!Though these are described as adjustable, mine were resistant to that. But luckily, the self-close force on mine is just about right, fairly slow and gentle.Since these were less $$ than others online, I can replace them easily now if they fail.

Not happy with these hinges... They can't be adjusted!!
Not happy with these hinges... No instructions, they don't stay adjusted and can't even close a 25 pound gate.I had to add a spring to the gate to close it. I don't want to return these and buy a different brand because it would leave holes in the brand new gate that I just built. Maybe the manufacture should read the reviews and see that it's a problem. The adjuster clicks after adjusting but as soon as it closes it resets itself... USELESS!If the manufacture would fix this problem or at the least give some instructions I would consider amending my review I just want to give a fair review, people deserve to know what they are buying.
