Lots of ingredients
There is soooooo many ingredients in this ive never heard of a lot of them just assumed they must be good ive bought the collagen supplements before these, but I think these are better ive not even had a full month of these yet an my skin my face looks better under my eyes arnt as dark and my nails are a lot longer I haven't changed my diet or lifestyle just have these before my meal everyday an I'm positive they are having a good effect on my body so I plan to continue taking these I need some more soon actually wish they were a bit cheaper but I think it's ok because of the large amount of ingredients you are getting they have a bit of a weird not too nice smell to them but because they are a capsule you don't have to worry about a bad taste which is great
