Faux Meat
You would think that you are eating real meat. Vegan and very picky eater loves this product. Thanks to this product I don't miss the real deal. Chunks are big and easy to prepare with just a bowl of hot water. I squeeze the water out of them and then cook and season them as real meat. They don't have flavor, but will easily take on any flavor. The price of six dollars is fairly good for the size of the bag. This bag could easily last for a full week. Four bags could last an entire month if used in moderation. Can be eaten with rice, noodles, soups, etc... Can also be baked, fried, and simmered. I would recommend this over seitan.

Great quality soy product - non-gmo !
I cooked these soy chunks exactly the way I would cook a steak stew from scratch and my guests who were not even vegan could not even tell the.difference ! They were really impressed with the taste and texture, some of them even started considering becoming vegan after tasting my soy stew. They felt full without the heaviness in the stomach real meat would make them feel. Great product made from non-gmo soy, which is exactly what I was looking for.

These are great tasting! The price is high for how much you get. This entire bag served two maybe three servings.

Great mean substitute
I use these often. I soak them a couple of hours in seasonings and boil then in water and Better than Bouillon veggie base.

Soft and Tender
Wow, Best TVP chunks yet! Seriously tender and absorb flavor very well. Less chewy than other brands. You will not be disappointed. Wish these came in a larger amount.

Nutrition facts BEWARE
Labeling is inaccurately advertised and inconsistent. Beware if diabetic or any other medical dietary requirement. Look at the pictures I posted here, Today (March 2020). One is advertised label, the other is the one I got, very different. Also, exp.date of the bag we got is way shorter then shown on image on Amazon (not an issue for me, we will use it before anyways).
