Perfect for any water activity
Recent bought these and the size chart is spot on. The gloves are thick enough to keep your hands warm but not to thick at to impede finger dexterity. You will feel the taped seams but that isn't an issue. The grip on the palm is nice and sticky so you wont lose anything you are holding on to. The micro fleece is wonderful. The gloves are just as easy to put on as well as take off. I plan on using these while surfing, fishing and possibly even hunting.

Warm and waterproof! Good fishing glove.
Couldn't be happier for the price. Form fitting and streamlined, holds heat in well enough in late autumn conditions in New York. I wouldn't use these in the middle of winter. The reinforced pointer tips are a nice touch for being able to cast braided line. 👍

Great for fishing and shoveling snow!
I'm a huge fan of Stormr. I own their jacket and gloves. The gloves are perfect for east coast residents because they're good for surf fishermen PLUS when it snows and you have to clean your car your hands will stay dry & warm. These are made well. I still have my original pair from 2 years ago. I recently lost one and bought a second pair.

Comfortable, fit as expected
Positives: Comfortable, fit as expected, flexibility, somewhat breathable, technically waterproofNegatives: My hands are always cold for the rest of the workday once water gets on these gloves. It is odd but they seem to stay wet on the exterior unlike other neoprene gloves. Therefore, your hands just keep getting colder and colder when it is 30 degrees F outside or less and the exterior of these gloves wont dry. Also, the "grip" on them isn't very durable and wears off after a few days of use.Would have given 2 stars but they are very comfortable and keep your hands warm when they are dry. So they can be useful, just not in situations where they would get significantly wet.

Great cool weather fishing glove
I've taken these out a few times in 40-50 degree weather. They really helped keep my hands warm in both wet and dry conditions. I was impressed at how well I could cast my spinning rods with these on. They definitely have extended my fishing comfort zone down another ten degrees. The grip is great and the kevlar finger patch works well to keep braided line from eating your gloves. In cold weather I really appreciate the positive grip these gloves have on my boats steering wheel. Great fishing glove!

Cold Wet Hands- Disappointed
Disappointed. I did some checking on line to find good gloves for my sons for cold water fishing. I bought two pairs. My son tried them in 45- 50 degree temperatures and his hands were cold. The other fisherman on the trip with less expensive Berkley gloves had warm hands. He is not sure if they leak or cause hands to sweat but they were wet and cold. I was disappointed and am returning both pairs that I bought. It was odd that when we got them, the fingers were stuck together at the glued seams. Perhaps the glue wasn't right or they put extra glue on the seams to fix a defect but I sadly cannot recommend the ones we received. PS- My sons are in their early 20's and do quite a bit of all weather fishing. they have had luck with wool non-waterproof gloves that get wet but somehow stay warm. I've heard the same for some fleece gloves with open fingers. We are still looking for some good gloves.

There were a few occasions where it was very cold that I wanted something waterproof while maintaining good dexterity. There is
Update 1/28/2015 - Finally was able to use these on the ice for an extended period of time and I am quite disappointed. After only 20 minutes of use my hands were soaked. I called Stormr and was told "they are not waterproof, they are meant for warmth". Inherently fishing gloves are going to get wet. If you don't mind warmer, wet hands, than these will be fine. I'll continue my search for a pair of warm waterproof gloves.*Original Review*I haven't used these in any kind of extreme weather yet and I will update my review at the end of the season. I purchased these for ice fishing. I honestly don't have much of an issue with cold hands and often I don't even wear gloves. There were a few occasions where it was very cold that I wanted something waterproof while maintaining good dexterity. There is nothing worse for me than taking my gloves off for every task and that is often the reason I don't bother wearing them. These have good dexterity for the thickness and I feel I'll be able to complete most things with them on. My issue with the gloves is the comfort. The interior seams are quite uncomfortable. Also, at the wrist of the glove is a bit of grip material, I imagine to keep the gloves taught. Apparently the people who tested these gloves did not have arm hair. They are constantly tugging on my arm hair. It doesn't pull it out, nor is it painful, it simply drags on my hair creating an uncomfortable feel for me. The fitment is spot on for my size. I have small hands and the website has a chart based on the measurement from your longest finger to the base of your palm. At 7 inches I had to choose a small or a medium and chose a small for a snug fit. I think they are well made, and worth the price tag but for most they won't replace thick insulated gloves for the extreme cold.

These are great gloves for the purpose I need them for
These are great gloves for the purpose I need them for... wet use during ice fishing. Since my biggest concern with the online purchase was getting the right size, I thought I'd offer some help. I ordered the size L - Large. My hand measures 7 3/4 inches from where palm meets wrist to tip of middle finger and these fit very well. I like the very light rubberized, hatched coating on the palm of the glove as it facilitates gripping things.
