An Unedited Mess
Holy cow. How other people could give 5 stars is absurd. This book apparently had no editing.- Lots of bad sentence structure- "grate" used in place of "great"- "This dish looks so delicious and taste." (???)Now, I could put up with the awful grammar and spelling if the recipes were at least good. But starting with the 2nd recipe in the book, the ingredient list does not include the quantity of some item. This happens in multiple recipes. Furthermore, the odd word choice in the recipe directions leaves me feeling less than confident in the book as a whole:- "Alternate layers of potatoes, onion, and celery during a large bowl."- "thaw cornstarch in water..."- "add remaining ingredients and discharge over ribs."- "the meat should be very affectionate..."- "take our pork chops and set aside for a few times..."I'm giving 2 stars because I'm sure this book has some recipes that are delicious, have all ingredients listed, and easy to understand instructions. It shouldn't be a total waste. Just a frustration.Overall, I'm just really glad this book was free. I would not advise anyone to spend money on it.

Lots of mistakes and corrections need to be done
I have only made one recipe out of here so far. I have looked through the recipes and I give it three stars for wholesome cooking this book provides, but I only give it three stars because it needs to be edited. I made the stuffed cabbage and the recipe is written with mistakes. For instance, there is no pork listed in the ingredient list, but the directions say to add pork. There were other parts if the directions that were messed up that if I wasn't the experienced cook that I am, I wouldn't have known what to do. Also, never have I had a recipe that told me to use fresh garlic and onions AND AS WELL garlic powder and onion powder, it's one or the other. I received this book free, but I wouldn't pay for it with all the mistakes I found in this book.

happy about two things about my pressure cooker
I am happy about two things about my pressure cooker. The first one is that I decided to purchase this cool home cooking appliance. The second one is that I have found a couple of good books with some great hints and pressure cooker recipes. This book is one of the two I have so far. And both gave me the general idea how to use it. But I also found them very assisting and practical. It is now one of the things I use daily in my house. I am thankful that the author provided a few new recipes for me, which are not too complicated, not banal, but yet tasty.

Love It!
I have been collecting various recipe books including this one. And I was not disappointed for getting it. It presented the ingredients and the instructions in a simple and straight forward manner that the readers can easily understand. I enjoyed learning the recipes here as much as i have enjoyed making them. I love the pot plus I recommend getting the cookbook along with it

Easy to prepare!
Lately I have been reading a lot of cookbooks, simple because I ran out of ideas what to cook on daily basis. This book is really long, presents a huge amount of different recipes, includes some great looking pictures and nutrition facts - these are really important to me, since I try to stay fit.

Missing ingredient amounts
The recipes in this book sound lovely, but most are missing the specific amount of an ingredient or two. One says "lbs of ground beef". :( So I'm not sure I want to try any of these recipes until that's fixed.

Great Information
For a person just starting to use a pressure cooker, it has a lot of good information. Then they give you some very good recipes. Very good book to have on hand should a question arise.
