These gummies are very easy to chew and actually pretty tasty! I have recently heard how important pre-biotics and probiotics are so I thought I would give them a try for my overall health. Unfortunately, if you may have gastroparesis, which I do, or even ulcerative colitis, which my good friend has and had the same issues after taking these, they might not be the right answer for you. With my stomach condition they actually caused more upset and I seem to have unpredictable constant and undesirable conditions… Final thought is maybe consult your doctor or a gastroenterologist before trying these if you have any pre-existing conditions. They do taste very good and I feel a great value for the ingredients and from a reputable company.
