The worst computer ever
I have had computers since they first became available, Dell has always been my go to brand. This computer is the biggest piece of crap I have ever owned. It is slowwwwww, takes forever to load anything, trying to download photos from my phone, some times it works, most of the time it doesn't going from one screen to another jumps all over the place it is a mess. I thought it was my internet connection, turns out that it not, it is the computer

Do not buy this computer, its super slow
I got 2 of these for my retail store, the computer is extremely slow, it cannot even run a single instance of Google Chrome.I checked the process in the task manager and I see the processor hits 100% usage with just one window of Google Chrome open and I also saw Microsoft OneDrive taking 100% CPU usage, we killed these apps and services but something else would take that much processing, so these are really useless.

Slower than a Snail.
Slowest computer I have ever known. Love the touch screen but don’t get this for any type of photo editing or for any kind of Work Purposes. It is slower than a snail. Lagging is an understatement. Sigh.

DO NOT buy this computer
Whatever you do, don't buy this computer. This computer constantly locks up when it comes to multitasking. The computer is no good period. I bought this for school and when using Zoom, the computer locks up constantly. I regret buying this. I bought this computer from dell directly, and not amazon. As a fellow amazon prime member, I wanted to give everyone a heads up about this product.

what a nightmare for this computer
My husband bought it from bestbuy, it is not just slow, it is so hard to recover the system by a window 10 installation. This is really a piece of junk.
