For price tag of £255 I was expecting the sturdiness of suitcase to be much more. Although very light don’t think this suitcase would last 2/3 trips. Returned the suitcase the next working day expecting a quick refund but still waiting for refund to be processed. It’s almost two weeks now and no refund. Bad customer service..Will not be purchasing anything from them. 👎

Have used the case once and survived the baggage handlers very well. I have only one reservation - there are no pads on the edge of the case to sit it down on when using the side handle.

This is an excellent bag for travelling, I like the double zipper plus you can lock it with a padlock for added security.

Excellent quality case. Very strong shell, with just enough flex in the structure to ensure it won't crack/split without comprising the protection offered. Also features a beefy double-zip that's nigh impossible to break into and won't burst open either.Wheels are a soft rubber material rather than the more common hard plastic - so very silent compared to other cases.

The case was purchased to replace a Helium case. It feels much stronger and seems to be everything we could ask of it - at a low weight. Excellent!

The hand luggage is beautiful and good quality. The only downside is the fact that it has no handle on the top, but only one by the side.

Great carry on. Like it much better than my Samsonite. Need to see how it'll aged through time
