Do they come in a gift box or loose?

Mines came in a normal box,well packed but not a gift box, Before you order these you should maybe try in Morrisons for Ramune,after I bought these I discovered my local branch sold them and they're a lot cheaper! I'm sure other supermarkets sell them now, hope this helps.

Do you have to dilute with water or just drink from bottle?

Drink it from the bottle, it's a soda so just treat it as you would Coca-Cola.

How do you open them? The instructions on the back are confusing

To open them peel of the plastic outside wrapper and there is a bit of plastic in there . Turn this so the long bit is facing down on the bottle top and the larger flat side is against your hand and push hard, to dislodge the marble ball. But be careful as they can sometimes fizz up.

Do they have loads of sugar

Not as much as normal fizzy juice
