Okay starter kit
This is a good starter kit. Sauce not at all like Outback. But a good starter kit to learn with.

Onion Bloom Cutter
I love the onion cutter. Easy to use. It won't cut big onions, but no problem. The batter I have not perfected it yet. I recommend the cutter if you like onion blooms.

Very disappointed. The onion cutter was not that sharp and had to apply quite a bit of pressure to cut down through the onion. Followed the exact directions for mixing the batter and it was to runny. Added more to thicken it. Had no flavor once cooked. The sauce was horrible. I threw it all out.
