Love!!! Perfect for my need. Trying to learn calesthenic & these wooden rings are perfect! Quality & price is great. Wooden rings are smooth and sturdy. I use it w a door pull up bar, which provide me with pull up & dip station, great for australian pull up, & TRX excercises. Although I should warn you, it is much harder to use than a regular pull up bar or dip station because its unstable.

Before these rings I used wooden ones. I hung them on my kids swing set and the sprinklers hit them so they rotted away. I’m happy that I don’t have this problem anymore as these are a sturdy plastic and have a great surface for gripping. My kids love them.

I believe these gymnastic rings will last me a year at the least. Your hands may start to hurt if you use these a lot in a short period of time but I am sure that can be fixed with chalk. They are very strong and I would not be afraid to do any exercise on it. However I am only a beginner at calisthenics and I have had these for only a little over 2 days so I will plan to update in about 4-8 months from now and let you know of any changes. So far though I would definitely recommend.

Could have been sanded a little bit better, no fear of splinters...That said, I like them better than the plastic handle pair.

In the future you might include instructions for folding up the straps. Other than that they are exactly what I wanted.
