Good enough for clear audio on videos

You get WAAAAAAAY more than what you pay for with this package.The mic is amazing, feels sturdy, and picks up exactly what you need and more.However, be aware that in order to plug this into your H1 Zoom or other devices for recording, you may need the INCLUDED adapter. It's a shame it's a 1.5" long rigid plug that looks like it will either snap my input port or the adapter or the plug for the mic if I have the recorder in a pocket and move the wrong way. So far so good, but for anyone who plans to use this in any settings where you'll be moving around, it's important to know.

I bought three of this mic for 5$ each. I'm part of the Great Corona Diaspora, aka I got evicted from my college dorms and sent back home. My laptop mic sounds like I'm calling from the bottom of the ocean and my best friends' laptop mic sounds like they're using a program to sound as unintelligible as possible. Although this mic is kind of quiet and I can't touch the jack at all or it disconnect, the annoyance of unplugging and re-plugging in the jack every time I pull on it is worth the hassle especially for only FIVE DOLLARS. Thank you Rock Da Mic for giving me a cheap way of talking to my two best friends who I'm hundreds of miles away from now <3

This microphone works well in a variety of devices such as computers, laptops, tablets, and cell phones. The Mic Condenser doesn't seem to improve performance but overall the sound quality is pretty good. I can set this microphone up on a stand, walk around in a small space, and still be heard with clarity. This would be better if it had an on/off switch for multiple mic setup.

5/4/2020I just got this mic yesterday. Plugged it in and it didn't work on my PC. Played around with some settings and nothing. It just won't pick up the mic. Resorted to collective wisdom of the world...YouTube. Here's the issue. This is a four ring TRRS connector. Most PC's with combo jacks are TRS three ring. What the description doesn't tell you, is you need a TRRS to TRS adaptor....but wait there is more. You don't just need any TRS adapter, you need one that maintains the microphone channel. Most TRS adapters preserve the sound channels. So a few minutes later, searching through Amazon, I found the right adapter.TLDR: You need this adapter for PC combo jack www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HJTXZDZ

I couldn't find any microphone that worked consistently well with Dragon Naturally speaking. In desperation purchased a "lavalier mike" on trusty Amazon. For $22 or so, what could I lose? This worked so well for six months, that I decided better get a couple of extras and one for home. Dec 18 there seemed to be an identical in detail and appearance - different label for $9.99 so I ordered three. It is the same item exactly and it works fantastically - years of dictating on line frustration ended -- for less that ten dollars Label "Rockdamic"

I bought this for a friend of mine. I set up surround sound for his PS4 for when we play Warzone, so he can have an immersive sound experience on the game. His headset went out recently, and since he wants to use the surround sound, I bought him this mic. It works. His voice comes through, but it's definitely noticeable that he's using a mic. It's not good quality. I would not recommend this unless you're trying to spend under $10 for a mic and you need one asap.

Great Little Mic!The Extension Cables + the PC Adapter make this an Amazing Deal.The people saying theirs were DOA are probably trying to use it on a Computer without the Adapter.I was on Web Meetings for @ 7 hours with it yesterday - both Zoom & Google Meet - it worked Flawlessly!
