Dim radio that excels everywhere else
This is a nice radio that has exactly the features I need am/fm radio, USB and aux ports(both on the front) and Bluetooth audio. I love wireless connections, I have a BT for phone calls, BT headphones for the gym, wireless Bose speaker(which is awesome) and now this for the car. This is a simply designed radio with dedicated buttons on the front so you can easily change stations and play/pause and skip or rewind when using your phone either via BT or USB hookup. I usually use the BT unless I need to charge the phone, then I plug in the USB and the music streams that way. The sound is good either way you use. It can also do Pandora but I haven't tried that yet. It's a very nice radio and I do give it 5 stars but one thing is and I've found this the be true of a lot of Pioneer radios, is that its very dim in the bright sun. Almost unreadable. Like I said, this is true for the Pioneers I've had, so I'm kinda used to it but it is something to note

Easy install, great stereo!
Great stereo! I installed in my 2008 Toyota Tacoma. Disconnected the stereo that was already installed, plugged in the Pioneer and was good to go. Took 10 minutes in all. I recommend buying the Pioneer harness, its plug and play. Sound quality is great, as are the functions. If you are looking for a quality stereo at a great price, this is your stereo!!

Very simple and complete
If you want a radio that plays what you have on your phone this is it. Usb also made it handy and aux in.

Something that pairs easily and plays my music without fuss
You know what I want in a BT stereo? Something that pairs easily and plays my music without fuss. That's what this is. Turn it on, pair it, and you're good to go. I don't buy cheap no-name junk when it comes to anything that has BT, because it's not worth saving $30 for endless frustrations. If you're looking at this, it's because you're looking for a low-cost BT unit, am I right? You're also looking at the ones with brands you've never heard of or have some sketchy reviews. Get this one. This is a Pioneer. It's not going to win you an audio competition or play videos or have flashing lights, but it's going to work properly right out of the box and give you decent sound.

Feature packed and kicking
Replaced my JVC deck for this one and man what a difference. First off I had it connected to a CHHLIUT Am Fm Hidden Windshield Antenna and now able to pick up radio stations I never even knew were there. The audio quality is phenomenal with no distortions or anything like that and installation was no problem especially since it is a bit more compact than my previous one due to not being able to play CD's which I rarely did with the previous deck so no real complaints there. This deck is packed with all the features you would need in a car deck especially since it supports pretty much all the connections you would need in a radio (Bluetooth, USB and even AUX) and you really don't need anything else. Now the only fault I found which is not even really a fault per say, was the amount of features it has makes it a bit of a hassle to go through it all and while the manual explains how to adjust everything it took me a while to figure that the phone button on the deck is what should be used to pair my Bluetooth to my phone rather than selecting it from the source option. Alas, minor complaints and the price is pretty high as well but with this kind of quality it's worth it.

Awufl user interface
This unit came with a blue light interface. the way the interface is lit makes it distracting and annoying while also being hard to read. buttons are to small and none of them are logically placed/ mapped. volume knob is also a button that is for some reason mapped to "settings". When turning up/down volume i often accidentally bump the sensitive "settings" button while turning the knob, i then have to hit the back button before volume can be adjusted. I once had someone using my truck who messed up my settings because she was trying to adjust the radio volume. The most logical use of this button would be "mute" imo. While this unit does have EQ adjustments, the steps are much to large which does not allow fine tuning. the original interface on my truck looked, felt, and operated 1000x better, it just dint have Bluetooth, or the juice to power new speakers. Button feel is also not a strong point for this unit.

Great option for those who ditched CDs long ago anyways
All the functions I wanted. I don't care that this head unit doesn't have a CD player because it's 2015 and.. well. Bluetooth is pretty good. The best part is controlling the song functions from the HU while the phone is still in my pocket.Just a couple times have I had a bluetooth error 10 or something. Simply power cycled it.. Not worth knocking off a star.As far as power, it's pumping two 6.5" and two 5.25" for my mids and highs, but the rear RCA outputs go to my 8" sub for bass. No distortion - you'll hurt your ears before you hear any. Better than average equalizer, but I usually leave it on 'flat'BT calls through the HU sound tunneled, say my callers. I prefer to hold my phone for calls anyways. The mic works fine for voice commands though. Works with my iPhone, roommate's Windows phone, and once I tried my laptop for a laugh.
