I can only attribute this to this olive oil retaining its polyphenols and whatever chemical compounds give it a vaguely peppery taste in the throat. Skin is glowing. If you're impressed by the effects of the cheap olive oil you buy in the grocery store, I highly recommend this for a next level experience. My skin is baby soft and golden in the morning after slathering this on. Great olive oil for skin.
