Performed as expected.
Performed as expected. Kept sun and light rain out. Installed using cables, carabiners and turnbuckles. Has held up well even on windy days. Tracked the sun over a few days to figure out best angle and heights. Follow the instructions and install so the D rings are pulled in the correct direction or it will sag.

Not a right triangle
I have a back patio that abuts the L-shaped house on two adjacent sides, forming a rectangular space next to the house that's nicely suitable for a shade sail. I researched dimensions (and doublechecked the pythagorean theorem) assuming that a 15x15x21' shade sail would be a right triangle. Regrettably it was not. The sail is sufficiently short on the 21' edge that it is super taut across that edge, and the other two edges are a little slack. I had to let the tension hooks out to their maximum length (and add an extra caribeaner) to get the long edge to connect across the triangular space at all. The two 15' edges probably have 3-4 inches of slack in them, resulting in a somewhat floppy finish. It would have been helpful (1) to include tension hooks in the package, and (2) to have the instructions account for the tension hook length and provide a precise dimensions to mount the hooks. Uncertainty around the sail dimensions and where to install them may cause poor outcomes for some customers if they're not cautious on installation. In the end I'm adequately satisfied with the install (I don't feel inclined to return, and my wife was happy enough). But in a right-angle space the install should really be a once-and-done experience.

Shade
This sail gives some shade to our patio. It was pretty easy for my husband to install. The only complaint I have is that there is one side of this triangle cut wrong and it sags a bit. We purchased a smaller one as well and it is perfect. For the price, we don’t expect them to last past this summer

Doesn’t hang flat
Really like the idea of this sun shade, however, I am disappointed at how it hangs. Bought the 15x15x30 shade and as you can see in my photos, two out of three of the sides hangs down, rather then flat and it looks junky. So they didn’t cut this piece correctly.

fabric edges curve outward, not inward, forming a draped edge
It provides shade on my patio, but seems to be a different product than those shown in the photos. The triangle sides are convex curves, and when the tarp is drawn tight at the corners these edges drape on each side like a small decorative bunting. Not the look I expected or was hoping for.But it's affordable, and functional. The price point of my neighborhood is low enough that I feel like I can get away with putting this in the front yard for a day or two, but it is not attractive enough to leave up all summer as I had hoped. It looks like a temporary piece of camping equipment, not a permanent canopy as illustrated in the marketing materials.

Sturdy and effective!
We've had ours up for several months now, and I am impressed with the quality. Not only does it provide shade from the Texas sun, but it also holds up to tornado alley winds. We usually take it down before a storm comes, but this one snuck up on us and I was worried I would find the shade sail in tatters this morning. Nope! In fact, this fabric and reinforced seams are stronger than the house itself! Once it was down and I could see the top side, I can also say that despite months of direct sunlight there is no bleaching or deteriorating. Makes a great night time cat hammock, too.

Size is wrong.
The length of the triangle is off by almost a foot on two sides
