REAL FRONT CAMERA!!!
Amazing camera especially if you search a FRONT CAMERA. I spent few days searching such a camera and I also ordered one camera which pretended to be front back but wasn't. Of course I returned it back. Coming to this camera quality is ok , having in mind that I am interested to see the objects around when I park the car and nothing more fancy... regarding the angle I think is pretty ok, I did not mount the camera but seems ok. The most important part is that the camera cable has 3 wires (white blue and red) that can configure the behaviour of the camera. connecting all wires together camera will behave as REVERSE camera with lines. disconnecting all wires will set camera as FRONT WITHOUT lines. So if you intend to use this camera with a split box to display several cameras (3 in my case) on same LCD Display , you do not need the mirror function in the splitter because the camera do the right job. So this is a true FRONT or REVERSE Camera. Is also very small, and has two options to mount it (with the delivered clip from the image or drilling a hole in bumper and insert the camera . the drill is of course provided). package is unbelievable small, and I had the fear that Amazon delivered me an incomplete product :). As I did not install it , I cannot say anything about Waterproof attribute and it reliability. Until now the product is exactly as advertised.

Great little camera, good in low light, NO LEDs
Bought 3 groups of 3 cameras (Max allowed by this seller)first group had red 12v line that two wires to controlled the reverse and scale lines. Had to connect to activate.Second group had Black ground wire with two wires for reverse and scale, had to connect to deactivate .Third group had both lines connected to Black ground wire with both deactivated. You have to cut wire if you want lines/ reverse.NONE OF THE CAMERAS HAVE LED OF ANY KIND. There is no room in this tiny camera, But they have great LOW light vision.NOTE: These work at 3.3V, the plastic peanut on the wires drops the 12V to 3.3V and runs very warm, may fail if powered continuously as noted in other reviews.Putting these on my motorhome in front and back of each tire (8 total) to see ramps at street curbs going in and out parking space.

A very good little camera . (about the size of a walnut)
First I bought a system from Tadi Brothers good quality monitor and color camera, I ended up keeping the monitor but the camera wasn’t suitable for my application. So I bought this little flush mount camera and it fits on my motorhome with out having to cut new holes in my rear cap. Perfect for what I’m doing and it sends a great color picture to my new monitor. Now I’m thinking I’m going to buy another Pyle camera for curbside mount. My new monitor has 2 camera capabilities . Win, win, and win.

Very low quality
I wasn't expecting 1080p camera quality but the resolution on this thing is awful, quality from the '90s.I would not recommend this camera and I'll probably be returning it.

Great picture, bad instructions and customer service.
Installed the camera picture was very clear except for the image was mirrored contacted them and they said they couldn't help me with the problem. Followed the instructions for clipping the wires to reverse the image and the instructions and the labeled wires are wrong it says clip the white white to reverse the image and then parking lines came on the screen so had to clip the green wire which reversed the image but now I'm stuck with the parking lines which I didn't need because my head unit already displays parking lines so now I have double. Basically quality image but crapy customer service and instructions.

Great unit
I purchased this camera January of 2016. It arrived in a few days. I hooked it up to my Pioneer AVH-P1400DVD double DINN head unit and it works flawlessly. Install and hook up were very simple and the image quality is just as advertised (if not better) low light is wonderful and bright sun has a hard time washing out the image. The guide lines work great and the camera has saved me a bump or two in the parking garage (soul reason for the purchase). Never fails in rain, subzero cold or the 100F degree days we had last summer. GREAT Camera!

50% of the time it works everytime...user decides to reverse view or camera and you can take away park asst. lines
UPDATE: The power lead WORKS!! You will not to run a separate lead. This camera has a decent view during the day, not quite the wide angle needed for most that want a 'backup' camera view. Mine will be used for the front of my Jeep Wrangler Sahara to keep me from damaging or rolling my Jeep when I cannot see steep brake over angles-rather than clog the trail getting out to check-this idea seems better...SEEMS being the key word. The first one that came didn't work so that makes a permanent installation (such as drilling into a bumper a questionable commitment in my mind.Pros: Small, nice mount, decent picture and compact, (waterproof too-if works as advertised), adaptable with exposed 3 wire to reverse angle (make correct for front view, remove park assist lines-most do not have this as such an easy option-just select what view and what you want and wire them together-if not leave them out and cap off).Cons: must get 2 to have one work-50% isn't exactly what I call assured Quality Control.
