24 mm Clear Collagen Casings Large Hot Dog Casing

I made some hotdogs with this product, but the casings kept blowing out; and when it blew out, the split was at least eight inches and more likely ten to twelve inches. When they were simmered to complete them, the casing became weaker still and seven of the ten weiners split the casing all of the way up the side. I gave this two stars because it may be that I did something wrong, but I'll never use this product for making sausage again.

but this product is more like a peperoni casing to me. There's nothing more to say so this sentences fills the word requirement.

I'm not sure what people complaining about the product were doing wrong...perhaps overstuffing their sausage. This product was wonderful, easy to use, and I had NO tears, gashes, rips, holes, etc, and I made 10 pounds of delicious hot dogs.

I give them one star because the casings broke while trying to tie them and I wasted a lot of meat.
