Hot hot hot
If I haven't mentioned in previous posts...which I know I have....Shayla Black and Lexi Blake are a few of my favorite authors. I really enjoy their erotic romance series separately and even more so when they work together on projects like this! The Masters of Menage series was the first series I read that was about strictly menage relationships, and not just MMF sex scenes but MMMF. They opened doors to a whole new erotica world for me, lol. Sounds so cheesy but so true. I never thought about reading MMMF menage books before, but I tell you what, these books don't disappoint in the slightest!Their Virgin Secretary is the sixth book in the series and still kept me on the edge of my seat. Yes, for the most part you can tell what is going to happen, and/or predict what will happen. But that really holds true for any erotic romance book.So anyway,Belle is the administrative assistant for the lawyer trio Tate, Eric, and Kellan.Tate is your adorable nerdy teddy bear. \Eric is your everyday man that can handle different personalities and bring them together.Kellan, well he's broken Dom that can't trust himself to be good enough for Belle. After a year of pinning on all four sides, these four try to hook up and it all goes to s***, lol. This pile of s*** forces Belle to decide to move on with her life and move to another state and start her life over.Of course the lawyer trio won't let that happen, so they follow Belle and force their way into her new life.Push comes to shove which comes to ultimatums and these three have some serious hotness sex.Oh and we can't forget that there are ghosts in Belle's new house that are trying to get her out and freak her out. Not gonna lie, I'm not a fan of ghosts...like literally the thought of them freak me out.....so when I was reading this I had nightmares that night of ghosts...SMH! Ugh, freaking freakin entities that wanna do harm....AHHH!Anywho....back story is super interesting regarding Belle's late grandmother and the stories of the house!Great book! Super funny characters and sexy sexy men! Can't go wrong!

Good potential, but too predictable
I read the first two books in this series a long time ago, and now I remember why I didn't make a point of getting the next ones in the series. While the story lines for each book are fairly good and have a nice bit of variety, the character building was boring, trite, and nearly identical from book to book. The women are all pretty much the same in each book - an ignorant, immature, virgin who has absolutely no sense of self-preservation. To the point where she might actually be considered too stupid to live, but fortunately she has at least three men who are wealthy, dangerous, and who love her dearly in the picture to save her life when she takes a stupid risk that nearly gets her killed. The men are also pretty predictable - there is one guy who loves her dearly and wants to break down all her barriers, but is emotionally scarred and refuses to bring down his own barriers. Then there are two more guys, but they've both managed to overcome their emotional scarring enough to be willing to take a chance on the woman that they believe is the one who will complete their unusual little family. There is one guy who is an experienced Dominant who is leading the other two men in that aspect of their sex lives because the other two like it, but don't need it the way the experienced one does. However, the woman and the emotionally crippled guy in the group are always making it impossible to move forward through their immaturity and unwillingness to trust. The premise of the books is BDSM menage, and the authors do a great job of emphasizing the communication necessary to make something like that work, but as soon as trust and communication are emphasized, the characters once again do something to belie their supposed understanding of those needs. Just like in the other books I've read by these authors. As I said, the story building is great, and the writing is fairly good, but the character building is horrible. If you've read one of the books, you've met everyone you're ever going to meet in any of the other books because they're really all the same. The only variances are minor - sometimes one of them was in the military, sometimes one of them is a science nerd, sometimes they're oil tycoons, sometimes they're lawyers, sometimes they're royalty, but the changes are all very superficial. The women are, as I mentioned, all the same - immature, bratty, ignorant, and completely unable to tell when her life is on the line. It gets to be ridiculously frustrating, which is why I skipped books three, four, and five. I had hoped that improvement and some variety would be seen by book six (this one), but no such luck.In addition, the clues in the story are laid out in a very unsubtle, ham-handed manner that left it painfully obvious as to what Belle's grandmother had done for a living and why someone was out to get Belle. But again, the characters are idiots who don't listen to their instincts, don't have any common sense, and apparently have become wildly successful as lawyers who are paid to pay attention to the details but couldn't see a barn if their noses were pressed against it.I gave it three stars because the writing itself was decent, it was just the character development was terrible. The authors really need to take more time before each book to fill out the background and add some variety because there really is no point reading any of the books as long as you've read one. My suggestion is to pick the scenario that appeals to you most, read that one, then ignore the others because reading the description online will tell you just as much as actually wasting your time and money on the other books.

Good menage story
Another good menage story by Shayla Black and Lexi in the masters of menage series. This is the story of Belle and her men Eric, Tate, and Kellen. Belle works in the men's law firm but wants to be an interior designer. Fate steps in with her receiving an inheritance of a home in New Orleans from her deceased grandmother that needs a lot of work. Very hot story which includes a lot of suspenseful times, some truly evil people and some hot times with her men. Another good one - this series has a lot of them so far.

All wrapped neatly in a great storyline!
Totally surprised...as I read the more I enjoyed this book. I have not read the others in the series but this didn't seem to matter.Belle, after a heart wrenching scene goes it on her own. Moves cities and starts a new life. Her men are shocked and go after her.Tate, Eric and Kell make one hell of a hottie sandwich. Each with their own hang ups they need to work out!Recommend this story, laughter, heartbreak and lovin, suspense and ghosts. All neatly wrapped in a great storyline!

Another great book in this series.
I have really enjoyed this series and this instalment well worth the wait. I really enjoyed the dynamics between Kellen, Tate and Eric and how they handled the developing relationship with Belle. I developed a real soft spot for Tate through the book and did feel like slapping Kellen a few times. however I would really recommend this book and the others in the series and look forward to the next instalment with baited breath

I gave this a four star rating as I enjoyed the story line , although predictable the ghostly part was humorous. The characters in the story were good. I would recommend this book.

A good next volume in this series
Having enjoyed the previous books I was a little concerned that this would not be up to the same standard but I need not have worried. The three heroes are fun , intense and flawed while the heroine is a feisty humorous lady with a pet that more than makes a welcome addition to the list of characters.
