Kitchen Basics 429100 Microfiber Dish Drying Mat, Cream

Nice pad for under my bamboo dish rack! I was tired of using dish towels, as they tend to get nasty and moldy after a while .... and this pad just looks nicer. Mold has not been a problem with this pad, and I have had it for several months. Washes nicely in the washing machine with my towels. I air dried it overnite, although it can be machine dried. Perfect size and all around good product.

Good, absorbent mat for dishes to dry on. Cleans easy in washer. Easy to store when not using. Holds up well. Ours is a couple years old, used at least 2x/week, and as good as new

Don’t waste your money on ones you can buy at Walmart! This is the best mat for the money! Had one before that burnt up in a fire that took our home. Made the mistake of buying one at Walmart. The water ran right through leaving water on the cupboard. Immediately ordered another one of these. This one absorbs so well that you don’t have that problem.

I bought this mostly for the color to use in my kitchen. I like to keep a drying mat next to my sink for any hand dishes or bottles I wash. It keeps the water from getting all over the counter and it looks great too! I rarely use the polka dot side because it's a little crazy for my style but I love the bright teal. I have washed it several times and it is still holding up and looking good. I have not put it in the dryer though as I just let it air dry. I live in a very dry climate so I've never had any issues with mildew or it not drying properly. I prefer to keep these next to my sink than always having to put out a dish towel if I hand wash something.

This was JUST what I needed! I use my dishwasher for most of my dishes but for those few things, that you just cant fit or are not dishwasher safe, this mat is PERFECT for those. I was always laying a towel down on my counter but of course, it would get my counter pretty wet but this works great, it keeps my counter dry and is just the right size. 5 STARS *****

There are always some kitchen items that don't go in the dishwasher and as a dutiful daughter following mama's methods, I don't dry them. I spread out a towel or drying cloth to put those hand-washed items on to dry. That's worked for years. . . then I bought a little cheap one from the famous green tree store and loved it. I saw this one and bought it and love it. It's larger than the first one, absorbs moisture quickly, rolls up to store.All around a great addition to the kitchen.

I find that it doesn't dry very efficiently and quickly mildews. It needs washing much to often, especially for someone without a washing machine! I can wash a towel just as easily! And a towel is much easier to throw over the shower rod!

Light color picks up every speck and it gets dirty really fast.Black other dark colors would be much better.
