The pillows have a terrible smell. Aired for a couple of weeks but still can smell it. Disappointing.

I was apprehensive seeing top reviews not being that great but I am so pleased.First of all - no smell at all, not even a faint oneSecondly I ordered size bigger then the cover and they look plump and stay plump.But they are also soft and comfortable. Compared to premium goose ones next to them - they stay as good!I will definitely be buying more.

These are incredibly comfortable and do not lose their shape like regular foam pillows. Although they are quite expensive, I do believe they are excellent value as they provide great support. I've had mine for a couple of years and they still look and feel like new. I've now bought a couple as a gift with a set of covers and the recipient loved them.Tip - always go a size up from your covers (ie 26" insert for 24" cover) as they will fit better and look plumper!

Good to look at, flattened as soon you put any weight on it. Expected more filling.

Very pleased with my purchase, excellent quality and prompt & efficient delivery. Could have put the two cushions in one box though as two huge boxes were overkill! Very very comfy and my dog settles on the sofa next to me and approves! ☺️I nearly overlooked this company as the first couple of reviews were one star and complaining of the smell, a slight odour is normal with cotton down and will dissipate in a short time with airing, if it really troubles you just use some dettol soft furnishings disinfectant spray like I have with no adverse effects, follow the instructions on the can!

Lovely quality and good value. Used for cushion covers slightly small in side so that they are all volumous and luxurious. Feather pillows will always have a smell. I did air these out for a day and punch them a bit before putting inside cushion covers, but actually I haven't noticed the smell at all except for if I hold it to my face directly and sniff it. Works fine for decorative cushions. I am someone who struggles with the smell of down pillows to sleep on until they are like a year old (I guess I have a keen sense of smell) and I think these smell milder than the down pillows I have had before. I do a little pillow chop in these and they look very nice. Highly recommended.

These cushions look as hoped. They are soft too.But the smell terribly of wet dog.I contacted seller. Suggested I 'air' them or put them through a wash cycle. I've always bought feather pillows/cushions/duvets, these were awful !!
