Well finished product but the material comprising the main hook section was of somewhat lighter cross-section that I was expecting on a hook of this size. I guess that I have got used to 'real' butcher's hooks which are much more robust with heavier cross-section material. These are nicely finished with a ball end though for my application that's a slight downside as it means that that can't be used to hook into my smaller chain links (I use them to provide adjustable suspension supports in a studio.) Perhaps a little more detail in the dimensions section of the description would be helpful - like the diameter of the ball ends.

I got these to use for hanging baskets in my greenhouse. They are exactly as described.

If you are looking for something that has some integral strength this might not meet your needs. This item is the one pictured on the left. The one on the right is one I already had and I thought it might be helpful to see a comparison. I use them in my workshop so they need to hold quite a bit of weight. I bought these for my textile workroom and so I did not need them to be that sturdy so it isn't a problem. I won't be buying again because they aren't that great.
