Five star , I’ll purchase again
Nice flavor and very clean and fresh on the palate I made Adana kebab and also kofta kebab use more more onions, parsley and they both came out fantasticJust make sure to use ground lamb along with the ground beef , I used 70 % beef and about 30% lamb , the result was amazing it made the spice mix shine

Takes my mind back to Turkey
This spice is Fantastic. As soon as I opened it, the smell brought me back to sitting in a restaurant in Adana as my waiter brought over my Adana Kabob with road kill bread. Love this stuff.

Wrong item/happy with it nevertheless
We received some sweet chili flakes instead of the Adana Kabob mix. I was disappointed, but the chili are very fresh & nice when I don’t want a lot of heat.

Don’t over season
The Turkish kabab mix is fantastic! Used them on top sirloin and veggies tonight. Homemade cucumber dill gyro dressing it was fantastic! Can’t wait to try it on chicken tomorrow!

I really like this brand. Very fresh, high quality. I have 2 or 3 of their products and they seem to consistently deliver nice quality spices.

Food package not sealed
Received spice in a tub, enclosed in a clear bag. spice had leaked from the tub into the bag. Obviously the tub was not sealed. How could I know whether or not it might have been contaminated, accidentally or on purpose. I threw it out.I could not figure out how to give it a zero star rating so I had to give it one star.
