They were thinner than I expected, but they absorb well and that's what I bought them for. Just got them so can't comment on the durability or sturdiness.

A bit thicker than I was expecting but well cut, not cheap or flimsy.

These are a great product. I use them for zentangles and other art. Sturdy and hold paint and permanent marker well.

Can't wait to try out some miniature art-work on these coasters. Yes, I can see that they work as coasters, but who wants a plain white coaster? Going to try some zentangle and some colour-work, perhaps both on the same coaster, to make neat little hostess-gifts, or perhaps substitute Christmas cards... Who knows where inspiration will strike? Nine sides - perhaps a mini-mandala? A flower from imagination? A star? Wherre are my pens...

Very happy with these beer mats. They absorb the moisture from the glass so no drops end up on the clothes. One point to note is that a new mat is required for every drinking session as the mat warps when it dries.

They are hard and work well. When stained, I just throw them away as there's so many in the pack. Works well.

Plain, good quality disposable mats. I am able to use mine until eventually they get dirty and then I put them in the recycle bin
