Rabbit Wine Preserver with Two Wine Vacuum Stoppers (Stainless Steel)

I was given this as a gift almost 5 years ago and loved it! Finally, a wine preserver that didn't make me feel guilty about opening a good bottle of wine and only having a glass. I could enjoy a "fresh" glass up to 2-3 days later. Unfortunately, I lost both rubber stoppers and needed to re-order. While on Amazon, I noticed other wine preservers with better ratings, so thought I'd give them a try. What a mistake!! The stoppers do not fit as tightly as the Rabbit version. They are more rounded/cushy and getting them to fit tightly on the bottle via the vacuum pump is much more difficult than I'm used to. And, once completed- there are a few times when I've opened the stopper and it was never airtight. I'm a picky wine drinker, so I had to toss the wine. I truly can't understand the high ratings!---Thankfully, I'm happily enjoying my day(s) old premium wine-now that I have my replacement Rabbit Wine Preserver! (and, no- I'm not a paid spokesperson:)

Last Rabbit wine pump which came in a set was great. That finally broke and replaced with this one, which failed on the first use. Rubber seal is popping out of the bottom. Poor quality.

Good product, and a value! Lots of the other ones available were $20-30+. Works well, but sometimes suction can be a little tough. Not sure if it depends on the wine bottle or not

Overall, pretty good. Would be happier if the stoppers held the vacuum for more than a day, but given the typical use case, I guess it's not a real big problem.

Purchased one of these back in June. So far it’s been great! The overall quality of it is fantastic. One ‘kicker’ to it though is the rubber seal inside of it needs to be lubricated every few months. But doing that to such a product means it will last longer than others out there on the market from my experience. I also own battery powered opener and preserver from the same brand.Would highly recommend! But again the seal on it would need to be lubricated once every season. To me that is the only downside...

Very nice just tiring to use and pump but I still use it always and have gifted it.

Great Idea that all bars and restaurants have known about and used for 50+ years. Unfortunately this manufacturer does not know how to make the pump work professionally. What I mean is that the internal clearances in the pump are so sloppy that the pump will suck the internal o-ring through the gap and render the pump useless. I called them after my first pump failed in the first month, they sent me a new one and it failed within 10 usages. Exact same failure mode. This is a bad product guaranteed to fail. I will go back to the "Shopping Board" and look for a professional model. And yes I am an Engineer.

If you are the type of person than doesn't finish your bottle of wine and want to save it for the next day, buy this product. The stopper fits in most bottles.
