NoCry 10/125 Professional Rotary Tool Kit with Heavy Duty 170W Electric Motor, Universal 3-Jaw Chuck, 8,000-35,000 RPM, 10 Attachments & 125 Accessories Included

I have had 2 Dremels over the years, both of which burnt out on me, the last one whilst I was trying to cut a seized 14mm nut off my car, as I needed a replacement quickly I decided to look for an alternative to Dremel and after a lot of research online and reading sales blurb and reviews I decided on this one, it was more expensive than others but still a bit cheaper than a Dremel. It arrived on time and on initial inspection it was not quite as good quality as I had expected, on assembling the Flexyshaft I found a lock nut to be missing, I emailed the vendor and they promptly responded with a work around using a collete as opposed to the lock nut . On using the drill I found it to be pretty unimpressive, the thing vibrated so much it started unscrewing the attachments and was virtually impossible to do any accurate cutting. The various attachments supplied with the drill are of pretty poor quality also. I would have returned the whole thing but I had to use it to get my car back on the road as soon as possible. The only way to use the Flexyshaft was to retro fit my old Dremel Flexyshaft to this one. As a point of interest to you the metal threads on the shafts are of a different thread but the plastic collar does fit so although workable any chucks you have from Dremel will not fit the NoCry. To sum up I found the NoCry quite disappointing and certainly not worth the money.

So far I am very impressed. The tool seems well built and so far has performed well. Seems to have plenty of power to do the jobs I need. Rotary tools are obviously a swiss army knife rather than dedicated tools and this one seems to fit the bill perfectly. Very good value compared a Dremel. I cannot comment yet on its performance over time.I am most impressed by communication with the sellers. I received an email after the purchase and when I had a query about the attachment of the flexible drive and emailed them I got a very quick response. The manual says there is a particular nut in the kit to allow connection of the flexible drive. This was not present in the kit but I found a way to connect it using a collet. The response apologised that the nut was missing and confirmed that some sets were not equipped with the nut but also confirmed that what I had done was correct. They even sent a revised page form the manual explaining the connection.This leads me on to the manual. This must be the first time that I have wanted to read a manual. It is written in a very easy style with a sense of humour which makes you want to continue reading. The manual is also comprehensive explaining how all the accessories and attachments are used together with guidance on speeds for various materials and jobs.The set is also equipped with a multi chuck which makes changing of tools quicker. However, if using high speeds I found the tools might fly off. The collets and nuts can more tightly attach the tools since a spanner is used to tighten the nut.

I have never written a review before but I felt compelled to write one following my experience with NoCry.To date I have never dealt with a company that has such exceptional customer service as NoCry. I had a problem with my flexible shaft, the very next working day I received a new one with an extremely apologetic email.I spent some time looking at all the different rotary tools on the market and chose to buy this one. I am so glad I did!The instruction manual is clear with a great sense of humour, it made both my husband and I chuckle as we read every page (I’m not usually very good at reading instruction manuals from start to finish).I even received an apology cookie in the post today! If I need any other diy equipment or tools, I will be looking at NoCry first!!!Why can’t all companies be like this!!! I’m seriously impressed!

Did some research before buying this NoCry rotary tool kit and I’m very satisfied. It’s a really solid main tool complete with a brilliant selection of accessories including a stand and extension so you can see why it came top on a couple of comparison sites. Well worth buying if you’re looking for a very complete rotary tool kit including hard storage case.

As I was looking to buy a rotary tool, I read the comments in the review section and thought I give it a go.I am really pleased with the Nocry and has excellent selection of extras incuded and reasonable manual, plus a surprising 4 year guarantee.

It arrived on time when I opened the box It was just well packed it had a strong plastic carrying , with a good selection of atachmentsWhen I fist used extension cable it ran hot but a little oil sorted that, the hanging attachment clamp is a bit weak, I like that it has a three jaw chuckSaying it I would recommend itPS I liked the cookie

Absolutely great product truly value for money. I have used many various rotary engraving tools but this one truly competes with high quality engravers which are 3 times the price. One of the drilling accessories wasn’t as high quality as expected and they made it right straight away truly impressed with there customer service 6 star!

bought a cheaper version that lasted 1 day, used this tool to strip a bike back for re-spray did a marvelous job now looking for any excuse to use again and again
