Works as stated high quality easy to install goodl plastic parts quite very cool looking would buy again I would recomendUpsdate6 month use. product failed. i sent it to the service center. it took 2 month to get the replacement. it does not work out of the box. I like the products from Gardena but this produce may not be any good esp for the 400.00 dollars.UpDate 7 monthAfter not getting any help form Gardena Canada the /usa contact. I sent it back to Amazon and they gave credit minus a restocking charge. I would not buy anything from this company that uses electricity. I will continue to use their basic items hoses, nozzles, mechanical things, fittings. I do plan on asking them to give me a 64.00 dollar credit to cover this Defective product that amazon charged me to take it back.RICK

Gardena make great products, no questions about it. Their quick connect is second to none. But customer service is really nonexistent. You call someone in Canada that get your phone number and promise to call you back. Then you realize that's a "maybe".This product is relatively complex and mine did not work (i got two of them, put it under the Sun for several days, open the water, see the water came out and after pressing OK, no blinking leds ). Support was nonexistent and i returned and receive amazon quick refund.Note on 10/25/2013: Looks like amazon is reselling defective products return by other users. I bought this product from amazon warehouse and I see it back.

Mine failed after about a month also. It's now an expensive piece of junk in my garden. Found Gardena unhelpful in resolving.
