Great there’s 4 choices of markers sizes
Worked out great I did t expect the size choices I had . I used medium size for markers on my upright and the small for my Hofner, it’s the real deal from Germany just like Paul’s . So I wanted to put something good and they look great ! Thank you so muchTexas. Bassman

Nice mother of pearl dots
Essential for navigating the fretboard of my saz instrument, these dots match the mother of pearl on my instrument beautifully… Very happy with this… Seems like they’re going to stay on which is good… Instructions were good for how to apply the dots, takes patience, which is understandable

pricey for a small sheet of stickers, but works pretty well as side fretboard markers
This is pricey for a small sheet of stickers, but it works pretty well. I only used the small dots and wish those were available separately for a lower price. Some of my ukuleles do not come with fretboard markers on the side of the neck, so I use the small dots for that. They install pretty easily, though some of them don't have enough glue and don't stick. The ones that do stick last for a good amount of time. The adhesive is very mild and doesn't leave any residue if I peel off a sticker. These are available in a variety colors, but all kind of boring. That's OK since I only use them on the side of the fretboard where no one but me sees them.

Worked great
I used these on a fretless bass neck that had the dots on the wrong place. So I painted a strip over the wrong dots then installed these using a tuner. It's been a while and they are still affixed well however one is starting to come apart...but I have a lot of them!

Exactly what I expected.
I have an ESP Phoenix Arctic Metal that I love but always thought it looks unfinished with no fret inlays. I came across these and thought maybe they’ll work or maybe they won’t but for ten bucks why not. They were super easy to put on, I think they look great. So far I’m very happy with them. I’ll update my review if they don’t stick long but I’m very pleased with how it turned out.

They're Decent For Now
This is the second set of inlay stickers I've bought on Amazon... the first were the diamonds (which I also reviewed). These weren't as easy to apply as the diamonds and don't seem as sticky. I applied them like I did before but they wouldn't rub off the film and onto the surface as easily. It could be the smaller size or that this guitar has a real rosewood fingerboard which is more oily than the other which has a dryer jatoba material. They're holding fine for now but I suspect they won't last. As for why I used them... the guitar has very small abalone dots that are very hard to notice (about the same size as the side marker stickers). You probably can't tell from the photo but I actually didn't use the large dots, I used the smaller ones and the side markers on the upper frets. IMO, the dots you're supposed to use on the fretboard are way too big. Luckily for me the extra dots they include worked out because the main product (large dots) wouldn't have.

Good idea, bad implementation...
The roasted maple neck on my guitar is pretty dark, so it's fairly difficult to see the black dots in low light. I decided to get these dots in silver/white to go along the side of the neck, and the front, to make them more visible in low light. They work but....Putting them on was a circus. The dots sit on waxed paper release layer, and there is a partially sticky clear layer they are supposed to adhere to in order for you to transfer then to the guitar without touching the glue. Unfortunately, the manufacture process cut through the waxed paper and the dots stuck to it rather than the sticky release layer. Long story short, it didn't work as advertised. Ended up having to use tweezers and a scalpel to put them on. What a pain.I did manage to get them on, but the material they are made of is fairly thick so you can feel it when you move up and down the neck. Not a good thing. considering how much these things cost, and how few they give you, there is very little room for error. I'll probably end up at and office supply store and replace these with paper stickers. Especially since I can get several hundred for the $10 these cost.I do not recommend these at all. A complete waste of money.UPDATE: 2023-11-04Well these stickers have already started to fall off. (Haven't played this guitar much since I put them on) I am very disappointed. I had high hopes, but the stickers are pretty useless, and far too expensive.

They work!
I have a guitar with a very dark roasted maple neck. It comes with Luminlay side dots that are very hard to see in normal light. I’ve had these stickers on the neck for two years now and they work very well. Never came off, even with wiping and oiling the neck. Since they’re on the top of the neck, the slightly raised feel is not an issue.EDIT: I did eventually remove the stickers to replace the side dot markers with larger permanent ones. The stickers came off with little drama and minimal cleanup required. I can recommend them for their durability.
