This was my second batch. It dissolves well. As for taste I couldn't tell you because I use it to make tropical fish food. I prefer it over terrestrial gels for this reason. I use it as a binder to keep stuff from clouding the water.

I have Alpha Gal which causes me to have allergy to mammal products. This gelatin from fish works out well for making gummies, no fish taste. Can be used in loads of foods without reactions

I've been taking this as a supplement for my arthritis, hoping it will help rebuild cartilage. It seems to be working, I have less pain and walking is easier.Plus my nails are growing in faster. I'm allergic to meat products, so fish gelatin is necessary. Yes, it doesn't dissolve well in water, but it can be mixed into hot foods like sauces, mashed potatoes, and so on. I don't detect much of a flavor. Was mixing it with fresh lime juice in cold water but still, not really pleasant. Will probably buy again.

I love this alternative to beef or pork gelatin as it does not has a strong odor and it tastes better. Combined with agar-agar powder, it makes great textured gummy fruit snacks. I also used it with coconut cream to make a no bake pie layered with bananas and it came out so delicious.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the product, but it came through when it came to making my fish balls. Great product. Highly recommend you give consideration to trying this product when it comes to fish making adventures!

This does exactly what it’s designed to do…. Make liquids gel. It’s flavorless, so if you need to gel a liquid, this is perfect!

I have to follow an AIP diet due to autoimmune disease and don’t eat beef. I needed gelatin to recreate marshmallow for a camping trip. This stuff worked great! I’m so excited about all of the recipe doors this will open for me. I used it for non grain non dairy waffles last night and it produced another excellent product! No flavor as advertised just excellent gelatin!
