Absolutely excellent quality. I love it ! I don’t know if the turquoise is artificial or natural But it looks like the real thingToday I was asked if it was an arts and crafts piece . I am so pleased !

Terrible customer service
Purchased 2 pair earrings. One (not worn had stem that was bent and couldn’t get back off without pulling hard. Other the same. 4 emails later... no proper response... no address to return to.. no invoice.. states stems are silver but jeweller states they are BRASS... bit of a lie there??I will get them returned if it takes weeksNot happy at all
