It has been very useful during travel when there was a need for getting the compatible pins. It has 3 USB ports each capable of 2.4A output and a USB C port with 3A output. It also has an auto-resetting fuse which I feel is a very good thing. is It has a compact size and has a neat matte finish. Comes with EU, US, AUS and UK pins. I can confidently recommend this quality product.

I have tried contacting the seller with no luck. I bought this adapter for my trip to Morocco. I plugged my MacBook charger into the adapter to charge my laptop and my MacBook immediately went blank and would not turn on the remainder of the trip. When I returned to the US, I took my MacBook to Micro Center where diagnostics showed that the logic board failed - which occurs from a power surge. My laptop is now fried and repair costs $600. Very disappointed with the product and that I was not able to get in contact with the seller about this issue.

I had previous universal travel adapters that were very raggedy and the plugs would move around. This one is really well built and works perfectly. The pushy buttons are intuitive and I had no problems changing between countries. I personally love the USB ports because I don't have to carry chargers for my iPad, phone and headphones when I am traveling overseas.
