Its a no for me
Someone is has got to be lying. I tried 3 times to get this little thing to work and each one ends bad. The thing doesn't stay on very long. At first I thought the light may just turn on and off every so often (trying to give it the benefit of the doubt) but no it actually turned off completely. Wax was still in bead form. Took over 45 minutes to get it to a liquid. Finally it was usable and it practically pulled more skin than hair. I'm not a hairy person but geez it didn't have to skin me alive! I had to take another 15 minutes to reheat the wax again to give a second try and once again no hair was removed but my skin was horribly red. At this point I feel like I'd do better just going to the salon. Same pain, outrageous price but at least their stuff works. (And before anyone thinks this is just an amateur that was struggling, I did call a friend who does this waxing stuff for a living.)

Works well
The wax pot is great. I’ve always wanted one of these. It works well. Melts wax at a steady pace. I tried hurrying up the process by mixing it with the wooden applicator. Goes on smoothly and doesn’t burn you as long as you stick to the instructions.

Awful. Money back or replacement?
Knob was broken, the line was not matched up to on/off or temperature... it would not click to turn on. And knob fell off of the metal. Looked like it was held on with cheap glue.I purchased this to use at our beauty college and it was embarrassing that it broke during demonstrations

Not worth it!!
The machine was good. Light shutsoff when it reaches set temp and keeps it at that temp until u change it or turn ir off. Did not like the wax it came with. Barely removes hair
