this charger charges everything except for my phone for some reason.

Initial one did not work for very long, however after customer support got in contact with me I received a new one that has and continues to work well. Fully charged my phone from 5% too 100% and kept it going longer afterwards. Awesome customer support!

This battery pack has enough energy to stop you from having a dead battery.Having a 3,000mAh battery places this battery pack in the lower range of battery packs. I have updated a prior review. I originally received the TeknoRise Cell Phone Portable Charger and tried it out on my iPhone 6, which was supposed to work. At the time, I kept receiving an error message that it was incompatible with my device. After several attempts, I gave up and put it aside and expected to forfeit my $20 initially paid since the dollar amount was not worth further energy. I did however write an Amazon review describing my experience. Within a day, I received a message from the company (M. Agha), who wrote that they want all of their customers to be happy. He stated that they had fully tested their device on the iPhone 6 and apologized that I must have received a defective unit. He immediately sent out a replacement unit (no questions asked) and I received it within two days of our communications. I tried it out on my device and it worked fine. I must say that the customer service of this company was outstanding. I'm just sorry that I wrote the review prior to just sending a note to their email ([email protected]) and I'm sure they would have settled this matter in the same friendly and efficient way. I have been in product development and manufacturing for a Fortune 500 company for 30 years. We do testing upon testing in product development and do everything in our power to avoid defects before they leave the factory. With that said, there are still always a few that slip through our fingers as customer defects. So I do understand it when I infrequently get a defective product.This particular product is excellent and well-designed. There are included connectors that fit most, if not all popular devices (USB, micro USB, Apple Lightning, and old-style iPhone connectors). There is a very nice carrying case for the unit, which is a convenience but the unit itself is lipstick sized and compact. I would have given this product a five-star review, if it weren't for the issue as described above, but the customer service at the company was wonderful. I suggest that if you do have any issues, contact the company directly. I'm sure that they will resolve any concerns immediately. So I must say, I totally recommend this product.

Update:After my review on my defective portable charger, the TeknoRise emailed me and asked if I would like a replacement. The service was amazing, and they made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I am happy that this portable charger works better than my first one.End of New Update.----------------------------------------I bought this portable charger because I saw that the reviews were really good, so I thought I would give it a try. I decided to purchase the pink portable charger because it's pink, but it said it would be in stock by Jan 17, 2015 and I was cool with waiting a few days for the charger. However I got an email the next day saying that my package is shipped, so I thought the shipment came early or something. When I received the package in the mail, I opened it and my charger was white and not pink, I went back on Amazon to look at the colours again and they took the colour pink down and the only two available colours were black and white. I didn't mind the colour mistake because the white is nice as well. But they could have informed me instead of mailing me the white one without an explanation.Before using the charger, the instructions said to charge the charger before usage. So I plugged it into my wall charger and in the instructions said that when its charging, there will be a red light to indicate it's charging and the light will turn off when it's done charging. However I charged mine during the day and I check it at night and it was still charging so I left it to charge until the next morning and it was still charging! I asked one of my friend if I should let it charge for another day or to unplug it, and my friend told me to just wait because it might take longer to charge than other portable chargers. However after the second day, it still was not done charging. So I unplugged it. I decided to test out the product before returning it because I thought it would've been a great product because of the reviews. When I plugged in my phone to charge, my phone did not charge at all and the portable charger did not even light up. I'm really disappointed because my expectations were high for this portable charger.
