This was a complete waste of money as north indicator is nearly pointing south 170 degrees out. Wanted this for my son for minor hikes but couldn’t give it to him. Item looks good and weight is fine but just not accurate.

Not military grade.
Tidy little product but it's not British military grade! It wouldn't meet the standards when I was in the army. It is relatively accurate but, I'm not convinced it's totally accurate. Otherwise it's not badly made, just feels like a cheap plastic/metal version. You get what you pay for, so I'm not really complaining.

My advice is, don't buy it
Look, for the price you shouldn't expect much, but for this quality, every euro is too much. Compass is inaccuracy and super slow because it floats in oil (already mentioned in the description).
