I highly recommend these sauces, they are very high quality and my family loves them! Customer service at Rufus Teague is by far the best I've dealt with, Brad made sure my wife and myself were more than well taken care of. I will definitely keep my business with Rufus Teague.

The sauce itself is great, no issues on that side. Can’t say enough good things about the taste. The packaging and shipping on the other hand, might need a review. I may be an outlier but 2 of the bottles were broken, and every one of them were taped and bubble wrapped weirdly. I don’t fault the bottles, they looked like the box was dropped on a corner or something and that’s not anyone’s fault except for someone on the shipping side. However, the bubble wrapping was…odd. Tape was put on the top of the bottle and it was very difficult getting the tape off, I finally had to just take the protective plastic off the top because I was about to throw a bottle through a wall trying to get the tape off. It may have been tough because of the mess I was dealing with and it may have just been the tape, who knows? Either way that’s really the only bad thing about the packing. I did get a refund through Amazon for the broken bottles and once I’m through with the sauce I have I’m sure I’ll order more because it’s freaking delicious.

Rufus, you guys really need to re-do your packaging situation. A lot of people receiving the broken bottles for quite some time now, when they arrive it is a mess. You need a sturdy box that is divided to 6 sections for each of the bottles, and the bottles have to be packaged standing up, NOT laying down in a bubbles like it is currently shipped. Also maybe put a FRAGILE sticker ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Anyway, good sauce, but bad packaging :-/

Rufus Teague is the kind of old fashioned quality that is hard to find in any product. This set of their flavors is well worth the purchase. I’ve ordered from them three times and no broken bottles yet. As a bonus, the glass bottles are works of art and a pleasant departure from plastic.Lastly, if you like spicy heat, their hottest flavor is great for me, but it’s a take no prisoner level of heat. Fantastic stuff.

We used these sauces during our Burns Night Supper to accompany the haggis and ham. Our guests loved the variety of flavors. Be aware that "Touch O'Heat" has more than just a touch and "Blazin' Hot" truly is a blaze! We had some BBQ sauce connoisseurs at our party who pride themselves on their love of heat in a sauce and none of them could handle the heat in "Blazin' Hot." The variety pack has something for everyone, though. This will be a regular purchase for our annual Burns Night!!

I did not have a chance to try the product as it was a gift but it came on time with one bottle damaged. I contacted amazon (who handles issues for this seller) and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction within 5 mins. I am very very pleased with the customer service and with the product itself. Upon opening the gift the other partygoers immediately recognized the name and were excited. The recipient was thrilled with the remaining 5 bottles!
