Worked just fine, helped me make a needed repair.
My 2003 BMW 325xiT had a code for a bad intake cam position sensor. I followed the shop manual instructions, and this sensor fit perfectly. After I got the engine back together, the code disappeared. Note - on the intake side, watch that wire routing! The parts I bought had enough wire lead to make the correct connection easily, but the design from BMW makes it a little tricky. I would buy these parts again.

Very reasonable price
Snug fit but take your time when installing and it works well

Excellent price - non-functional sensor
For those who are familiar with replacing this sensor, it is somewhat involved process due to the access options for the sensor location on N54 platform. After replacing the sensor and buttoning up the car one would expect functionality, especially knowing that this is a critical component to manage engine's speed and ignition system. Frustration comes from the amount of work for a such little component. After replacement of the sensor, and getting similar to a failed sensor engine behavior, it proceeds with the testing of the harness, DME...etc. Takes experience and availability of Oscilloscope for signal tracing and log verification. So, a sub $20 part create a multi-hundred dollar procedure.Note to the manufacturer of the part: PLEASE, spend time on QA!

This got my EML light to go away and I no longer have to worry about 'limp mode' on my BMW.
Shop told me it would cost thousands to diagnose EML on my car. Took me about 3 weekends and about $500 in parts to figure out it was the camshaft position sensor. No more limp mode and now I have a new alternator and battery loll

Solid item, looks better than BMW original part.
It’s incredible that this $17 is a replacement part for the $129 original part from BMW. It worked right away, fixed my P0340 Camshaft Position sensor issue. No more codes, no more stalls while driving.

Not even suitable for cheap troubleshooting
I picked up a 2003 325i that cranks but does not start. The previous owner claimed that these three sensors needed to be replaced for the condition to be resolved. I scanned for codes before buying these and did not pull any codes for these sensors. I figured for $20, what the heck, I'd install these sensors and see if the car would fire. Not only did these sensors not fix my issue, I started getting P Codes 0335, 0340, and 0365 for these new sensors I installed! I took these out and put back in the old ones (which had BMW logos on them, so possibly original from the factory?). I cleared the codes and have cranked on it a handful of times. Still won't start but the P Codes went away. Two lessons learned here: 1. If you're not pulling codes for these sensors, it's probably not your problem and 2. If you do need to buy these sensors, it's best to step up in class. These budget parts are a total crapshoot. I was hoping they'd be good once out of the box, but if those were setting off P Codes, there's no guarantee that they are even good for that!

Defective part
Ordered 3 sensors the exhaust position sensor was bad and it gave a code after installation. Put the old one back in. Would not recommend this product.
