I was a bit skeptical about silk pillowcases, to my surprise they are so soft, comfy and my face is not sliding Off as I thought it would be. And the plus factor I’ve been sleeping so well on them.I did wash them on delicate cycle and air dry them at night, next day they were so wrinkled.... I know I know I should’ve not but I used my iron w/silk setting on them to get rid of the wrinkles.I have notice that my hair doesn’t get pulled as much vs my cotton pillowcases did.

I have used silk pillowcases for many years. I don't know it they are really better for hair and facial skin, but they are very nice & a great way to pamper yourself! These are a nice quality for the price, the silk has a good weight to it and it is very soft. I have had more expensive ones and these are definitely comparable. Since they zip up, your pillow will not squirt out of the case, so I found that a good feature. They are the same on both sides, all silk. They are genuine silk and that will keep you cooler than synthetic fake silk "satin" cases will.If you have not had real silk cases before, they will last much longer if you hand or gentle cycle wash them & hang to dry- do NOT put them in a dryer ever! They dry fast.I got the pink & light purple & the colors were lovely, I will be ordering more of these!

I bought these in Nov. 2019 & just now opened to use them. They are soft & lovely but they were advertised as silk & what i received says "Microfiber Satin."

I did receive this pillow case, however, I ordered from you before and my previous pillow cases came nicely packaged intheir boxes and wrapped in clear plastic and there were clear instructions on care, as well as the description of the item that it is real silk, this time none of that, the package was just a zip lock clear bag, yes, with instructions but they do not match my other pillow cases from you and no flat blue boxes that say it is real silk. Makes me feel like it is hard to trust you.

It's a nice pillowcase to sleep on, I have been using it at least 6weeks now, this is a quality pillowcase, so luxurious and soft. I hand wash just to be sure I treat it properly. It only take a few minutes to do that and I did that it air dries pretty quily. An unexpected plus is that it stays cool to the touch, which is appreciate as I get older. I find that it is really gentle not just to my skin but to my hair as well.

I am so happy I purchased it!I had researched a lot before purchasing this.I had bought one previously, for ultimate protection for my skin and hair.The one I purchased previously (elsewhere) was cheap, rough and thin. It was really low quality.After researching what to look for, I decided to try this one out.I knew that this wouldn’t be the TOP of the line, but I also wasn’t willing to pay $50+ for just one pillowcase.WOW! Am I so glad I decided on this one. It’s the perfect thickness, it’s buttery soft. It’s comfy, I don’t slip and slide at all.I highly recommend this, I love that it has a zipper, it is hidden as well, so it won’t scratch your face or snag your hair.I actually want to get some sheets as well. I imagine it would feel luxurious on your body. I haven’t even checked if the seller offers a sheet set but I am checking as son as I finish this review. (Fingers crossed)

I love this pillow case. I was using 'Silk' counterfeit cases that were 100% polyester and they were causing me to sweat on my head and neck. My hair was always damp when I would get up. I switched to this real silk pillowcase and the sweating problems stopped. My hair looks really great after sleeping on it and I think the skin on my face looks better as well. I have since bought another one so I would have an extra. I put them in the washer and the dryer and they come out looking perfect. Love this product!

This is the second silk pillow case I have purchased. This one is a higher momme than the first and feels much better at the heavier weight. I've only washed it twice but so far it has come out like new. My suggestion for a first time buyer is: a) buy the highest momme you can afford, b) if you buy one with a zipper, you don't need to worry about it slipping off the pillow, so buy one with both sides silk, c) make sure you wash it in cold water with a baby detergent and hang to dry d) buy 2 so you can remove the case immediately, if it gets soiled from makeup, face creams or hair products. This is very important as it will be difficult to get the pillowcase clean if the soiling sets in. Aside from the fact that a silk pillowcase requires a little extra attention, the benefits for your hair and skin are worth it. I am fair and this pillowcase is the only one that does not aggravate my rosacea. As for my hair, the hairstyle needs just a touch up in the morning, not an all-out shampoo every day....which is much better for your hair. One last thing about the silk, they do feel a little warmer than cotton. As for this purchase, the size of the case only fits standard pillow? Make sure you measure your pillow before buying.

I read all the reviews that have less than 3 stars, which made me a little hesitant to order. I had a silk bedding set before. It was very soft and comfortable. However, it was worn out after a few years. So, I would like to buy some to replace.I searched on Amazon and found this seller, and then ordered a pillow case to test the quality. By touching the unwashed new product, it is hard to tell if it is silk. Like one of the reviewers mentioned, it felt like nylon. I hand washed and waited it dry. It feels different and I can tell it is real silk, soft, and feels really good on skin. There may be some coating on the new product. I am so glad that I made this order. I will buy more and recommend this product.

Very impressed by this product and its value for money. I purchased it for my daughter who sleeps very hot and has curly hair that tangles a lot at night. After reading reviews of people questioning the 100% silk claim, and seeing the softness of the fabric, I too was a bit in doubts. The burn test was consistent with natural fibers and as I have access to microscopes at work, I prepared a slide making sure not to select a fibre from the edge stitching. Silk fibres do look very similar to synthetics under the microscope but in combination with the burn test, I am convinced it is 100% silk, as the label indicates. People may have in mind the texture of raw silk or Dupioni but this is the smooth kind of silk used for some blouses. I am actually purchasing one for myself too!

It is a real silk good quality pillow case. Great for hot weather. I ordered one to see what it is like and will order another one now to make a full set for double bed. The colour is lovely too.Thank you!

This is my first time buying a silk pillowcase, and it was a really nice purchase!It's really soft and I've read a lot about getting a higher momme of silk for better quality.I dont have anything to compare this with, but I dont think it's actually 21 momme.Analysis:Dont get me wrong, it's really soft, but it also has a SLIGHTLY rough feeling. Like, it's hard to tell... but it has the tiniest feeling of roughness when I'm gliding my hands across. It's also a very thin fabric and is see through when you hold it up. I'm pretty sure its REAL silk, just maybe 19 momme?As for my hair, it has kind of helped with frizziness and tangled hair in the morning. I always sleep with my hair in braids and it usually ends up being very messy and frizzy until I brush it out. After a night with this pillow, I am seeing small improvements, and I'm not sure if it will keep getting better or stay the same with my results.All in all, good purchase. Definitely not 21 momme, but big improvement from using cheap cotton/polyester pillowcases.
