I am putting together a costume for my toddler and I needed a tutu and I can say this tutu is very soft and the color to the tutu is just as the picture!! I can't wait to put her tutu on for Halloween!!

Soft material ! Pretty colors and good quality ! And loved that it had attached panty with it so diaper stayed in place and didn’t show. It was my daughters 1st bday and she’s in about 18months and fit perfect 💗

This tutu is high quality. I didn't know what to expect when I ordered it. but when I received it I was very pleased. it is super soft to the touch. The layers are very well made. it comes with a bloomer attached which is plus! the bow on the skirt is very well sowed in and the matching headband is also very cute and high quality. over all very good product and very pleased

Super soft and pretty material but definitely a one year and under sized skirt. I thought it might be able to stretch for a 3 year old but too small/short
