Seller is a fraud
The seller sent me a piece different to the one described here, it had no suction cup rather a phone sticker to paste it against the wall. On top of it the knob to tighten the holding screw was missing.

Very good quality and stylish product.
I have seen lot of tissue Holder but this is the best product as per design and quality. It can be used either in bathroom or kitchen where tissues are required. Waterproof and installation also very easy.
